Who is responsible for this site

What this site collects — and what it doesn't
Paylineharbour.com is a static website. It has no user accounts, no comment system, no newsletter and no contact forms. We have not installed any analytics service, advertising network tag or tracking pixel, and the site sets no advertising or analytics cookies.
The complete picture of data connected with your visit is this:
- Hosting logs. Like virtually every website, the infrastructure that serves these pages may record standard technical logs (such as IP address, request time and browser type) for security and reliability purposes. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
- A local preference. When you dismiss the cookie notice, your own browser stores a single value in its local storage so the notice isn't shown again. That value never leaves your device and we cannot read it remotely. Details are in the cookie policy.
- Web fonts. Pages load two typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google's servers receive the technical information involved in any web request, such as your IP address. Google's own privacy notice governs that processing.
- Email you send us. If you write to hello@paylineharbour.com, we hold your email address and message for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, then delete them in the ordinary course of managing the inbox.
What happens when you follow a casino link
Links to casinos on this site lead to third-party operators. Our outbound links include simple reference tags in the web address so operators can tell the visit came from this site — that is how affiliate commission works. Once you arrive on an operator's site, everything you do there — registering, verifying your identity, depositing, playing — is governed by that operator's own privacy policy and terms, not ours. Licensed casinos are subject to significant identity-verification and anti-money-laundering obligations, so expect them to collect far more data than we ever see. We receive no personal data about you from operators.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over personal data that relates to you, including the rights of access, rectification and erasure. Given how little this site holds — essentially only email correspondence you have chosen to send — exercising these rights is usually as simple as asking. This website compares gambling services and is intended solely for adults aged 18 or over. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly hold any data about anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If the site's functionality changes — for example, if we ever add analytics — this policy will be updated first and the date at the top revised. We will not introduce tracking quietly.
