Corrections

Licence details, product facts and operator information change — and occasionally we simply get something wrong. Here's how to tell us, and what we do about it.

Reporting an error

Email hello@paylineharbour.com with "Correction" in the subject line. The more precise the report, the faster the fix — ideally include:

  • the page the error appears on;
  • the exact claim you believe is wrong;
  • where possible, a source showing the correct information — a regulator page or the operator's own published terms carry the most weight.

What happens next

We check every report against an authoritative source rather than simply taking either the report or our original text on trust. If the report is right, we correct the page promptly; if a claim can no longer be verified either way, we remove it, because an unverifiable claim doesn't belong on a comparison site. For material corrections — anything that could reasonably have affected a reader's decision — we note the change on the page concerned.

What this process isn't for

Corrections cover factual accuracy. Disagreement with a grade or a verdict is always welcome by email, but opinions are corrected by better arguments, not by the corrections process. Complaints about a casino itself — payments, accounts, disputes — need to go to that operator directly, and then, if unresolved, to the independent dispute resolution service named in its terms.

Why this page exists. A comparison site trades on accuracy. Telling us we're wrong — and being right about it — is genuinely useful, and we'd rather publish a correction than defend an error.
